Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Photo Booth Rentals: Booking & Reservation A reservation is secured once a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 20% is paid. The deposit will be applied to the final balance due. Payment The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods. In the event the final balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund Cancellations within 6 to3 days of the event: 20% of the total booking fee will be retained, and the remainder will be refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event: No refund will be issued. No-shows on the event day: No refund will be issued. Additional Time Additional booth time can be requested for an additional fee per hour. Requests for extra time should be made at least 48 hours prior to the event, subject to availability. Changes to Event Details: Any changes to event details (e.g., location, timing, etc.) should be communicated at least 7 days before the event. Changes within 7 days may incur an additional fee or result in cancellation if we are unable to accommodate the changes. Travel Fees: Travel fees may apply if the event is located outside a certain radius. Travel fees will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking. Damages or Loss: Clients are responsible for any damage to the photo booth equipment, props, or backdrops caused by guests during the event. The client will be billed for the repair or replacement cost. Event Space Requirements: The photo booth requires a [specific size] space to operate effectively. The client is responsible for ensuring an appropriate setup space is available at the venue. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, or health emergencies), the event may be rescheduled without penalty. In case of cancellation, a full refund (minus the deposit) will be issued.
